Advanced options include Single Fiber EMG, MUP Analysis, Interference Pattern Analysis, MUNE, Auditory and Visual EPs, and P300. This makes the Sierra Wave ideally suited for hospitals, clinics, and mobile testing services. The basic system includes a 2 channel amplifier with EMG, NCV, F Wave, H-Reflex, RNS, Blink, Somatosensory Evoked Potentials, Autonomic Studies, and customizable Report Generation utilizing Microsoft Word.

Natus Xltek Brain Monitor EEG & Sleep System

The Natus Xltek Brain Monitor EEG & Sleep System is suitable for a wide variety of environments including EMU, ICU, EEG, and sleep labs. It combines ease of use with advanced performance and a choice of 32 or 50 channel amplifiers. Xltek's renowned networking software allows a whole departmental system to be configured exactly to your needs. It comes as a standard 32 channel or 50 channel EEG/Sleep amplifier with built-in pulse oximeter. Both amplifiers are small and lightweight enough to be worn by the patient. The Xltek Brain Monitor features 50 total, clearly marked, input channels - 32 referential, 6 differential, 10 DC - allowing for a full EEG study and sleep study at the same time, plus oxygen saturation and pulse rate from an integrated Masimo SET oximeter. This versatile amplifier has all the features needed for brain monitoring in an EMU or the ICU. Unique quick-disconnect options allow the unit to be easily and safely moved to best accommodate the patient. The small and lightweight breakout box can be worn by the patient and provide freedom to move around. A built in light adds convenience for the technician without disturbing the patient's sleep.

Cadwell Easy III PSG EEG System

Featuring intuitive software with many user-friendly features, the Cadwell Easy III PSG EEG System also boasts a customizable user interface and a variety of innovative amplifier options to form a new standard of excellence for the world of polysomnography. The system is designed to satisfy the changing requirements of the sleep diagnostic marketplace. It incorporates the latest developments in amplifier design and signal processing to provide unprecedented performance. This compact, self-contained data acquisition system includes 32 AC channels, seven of which are active reference pairs, and eight DC channels (optional). The Easy III is intended for the acquisition of EEG, PSG, and other polygraphic channels by a physician or a trained technician under the supervision of a physician. The intended recording environment is in a hospital, clinic, physician's office, or other appropriate testing environment.

Nicolet EDX EMG/NCS/EP/IOM System

The Nicolet EDX EMG/NCS/EP/IOM System combines a familiar clinical workflow and user interface to provide innovative features developed to reduce artifacts, reduce operator errors, and improve ease of use. This industry-leading electrodiagnostic system is used to measure nerve and muscle function and can also provide intraoperative monitoring for the operating room. It is powered by Viking or Synergy software with a variety of study/exam options providing a fast and efficient workflow. Viking software not only provides exceptional quality electrodiagnostic studies for routine examinations, but also for challenging cases in difficult clinical environments, including in the operating room for IOM studies.

Xltek EMU40EX EEG/PSG System

Featuring Bluetooth wireless technology, the Xltek EMU40EX EEG/PSG System offers both continuous patient monitoring and data security. With the EMU40EX's extended-range Bluetooth wireless technology, patients can move freely about the clinical area while still being monitored. EEG data is recorded on flash memory in the wearable unit and uploaded when the patient plugs back in, guaranteeing no data is lost or compromised. The Bluetooth connection from the patient's breakout box to the EMU40EX base unit is strictly point-to-point. Data cannot be intercepted or received by any other Bluetooth-enabled device in the area.

Designed for EMU facilities, the EMU40EX can also be used for clinical EEG and some in-lab sleep studies. It offers 40 clearly marked AC channels that allow for full 10 - 20 electrode placement. In addition, oxygen saturation and pulse rate channels are available from the integrated oximeter. Plus, there are four extra DC channels available on the base unit. Lastly, a photic-stimulator interface and a patient-event-switch interface complete the EEG functionality. The EMU40EX is suitable for fixed and portable applications. It can be fixed to a wall or mounted on carts, with quick-disconnect options allowing the unit to be moved easily and safely.

Technomed Disposable Concentric EMG Needle Electrode

Specially designed to be used with Technomed’s Reusable Cables for Disposable and Reusable Concentric and Single Fiber EMG Needle Electrodes, these top-of-the-line disposable electrodes have gone through the ethylene oxide (EtO) sterilization process. The electrode and cable combination provides an optimal balance between needle sharpness and control of movement inside the muscle. The hub and cable allow for a firm grip and precision in needle positioning. The expected shelf life is 36 months.
