The TENS*STIM 211 is an over-the-counter (OTC) two-channel digital TENS/EMS device powered by batteries for home use. It doesn't require a prescription for purchase. The TENS mode provides eight preset programs and the EMS mode provides six preset programs that are created for specific patient conditions. It is safe and effective for home use and a perfect fit for anyone suffering from acute or chronic pain. It also provides muscle stimulation to help improve or maintain muscle performance.
TENS is a method of treating pain that is non-invasive and non-narcotic. The TENS device sends comfortable impulses through the skin that stimulate the nerve (or nerves) in the treatment area.
