Description
Sklar's Kogan Endocervical Speculum is a gynecological instrument used for viewing the distal endocervical canal. Unlike a traditional, duckbill speculum, this single spring, locking, finger-ring intrument features opposing, fenestrated blades at the end of long jaws. The jaws and blades extend deeper into the cervix and can therefore retract deeper tissue. An endocervical speculum is frequently used in colposcopy procedures, or where polyps cannot be easily visualized. This product has a ratchet locking mechanism. It features wide blades, 2-4mm wide, and an overall length of 11 inches.
