Description
Sklar Edge Tungsten Carbide Strabismus Scissors provide an exceptionally durable and hard cutting edge. They are an ophthalmic dissecting instrument and are primarily used during procedures for the treatment of Strabismus, otherwise known as "cross-eyes." These scissors are designed to stay sharp for a significantly longer period of time than standard scissors. Sklar permanently bonds tungsten carbide inserts to the blades of the scissors which maximizes control and precision. Sklar Edge scissors can be identified by two gold coated finger rings. This product is curved with smooth, blunt/blunt tips and a length of 4-1/2 inches.
