The Tuttnauer Carbon Filter Bag (6/Pack) (#8606) is designed for use with the Tuttnauer DS1000 Steam Distiller, to filter tap water into safe, purified water. This is used during the final stage of distilling, as a final polish before dispensing the purified water into the carafe.
