Description
The Surgi-OR Pederson Vaginal Speculum is a gynecological instrument used for performing pelvic examinations, Pap Smears, and examining the cervix. It is a double blade duckbill speculum inserted with the blades closed. The blades are then opened by an external lever and screw. The blades of the Pederson Speculum are more narrow than the blades of the Graves Speculum. The practitioner can best determine which type and size speculum is most appropriate for the patient. Hand-crafted in Pakistan, Surgi-OR mid-grade instruments are forged from the highest quality Japanese steel and provide reliable instrumentation for the operating room and other surgical centers.
