Description
Sklar's McGivney Hemorrhoid Ligator is an instrument used in one process for the removal of hemorrhoids. The McGivney ligature is used to place bands at the base of a hemorrhoid, thereby halting the blood flow, and causing the hemorrhoid to stop growing and fall off. The ligature is a double spring, plier handle, 10mm Diameter, instrument with a long shaft. The overall length is 6-1/2 inches.
