Sklar's Micro Jako septum knife is designed to use in laryngeal surgeries, to incise the mucosa and free up airway stenosis. Ease of maneurverability is courtesy of the delicate set of this knife. This product is available in a straight or curved (Sickle) blades for a variety of procedures. The slim profile distinguishes it from the Freer and Ballenger.
