Sklar DeBakey Vascular Scissors are non-ratcheted finger ring scissors most commonly used for cutting and dissecting vessels in cardiovascular and thoracic procedures. They have long shanks and short jaws that are angled after the screw lock, similar to Potts-Smith scissors. The instrument is available with a variety of angles and lengths.
