Sklar's Cushing Intervertebral Disc (IVD) Rongeur is commonly used in laminectomy procedures for manipulation of the intervertebral disks and vertebral bones. The instrument's cupped tips scoop away small amounts of bone and soft tissue. It is available with various size cups positioned at various angles.
