The Joerns Hoyer Slide Sheet can help maneuver and position patients without risk of injury.

This sheet is constructed from low friction material to allow maximum mobility when moving and positioning a patient. They're also washable and available in three sizes: Small, Medium, and Large.

• The small size (24" x 18") is designated for the patient's feet, while accompanied by the large sheet. Together, it covers the patient during transfer.
• The medium size sheet (36" x 24") is best for the patient's hips or mid-section, or can be used for transferring smaller patients.
• The large sheet (60" x 31") is most ideal for tall residents in a prone position.
