The Hausted Horizon Youth Series Stretcher Pad is manufactured by North America Mattress and designed for use on the Hausted Youth Transport Stretcher. The multi-layered, high resiliency, medical grade, CertiPUR-US certified urethane foam is designed for short stay procedural/transfers with added comfort, support, and durability.
Warranty: 12 Months - Free from Defects in Material and Workmanship (extended warranty is available).
All NAMC stretchers include a secondary fluid barrier that is assembled between the foam and cover providing a unique protection; if the outer layer is compromised, the foam remains protected.
