Description
The Dynarex Braided Polyglycolic Acid Sutures (12 per Box) are used to hold bodily tissues together after an injury or surgery. Application generally involves using a needle with an attached length of thread.
The sutures are made of polyglycolic acid (PGA) polymers with coating to allow for an easy passage through tissue and braided for strength and easy handling. The sutures feature a high tensile strength during the healing period, making them ideal for soft tissue, plastic surgery, cosmetic, dermatological, and oral procedures. PGA Sutures are available in violet color for maximum visibility and packaged in sterile pouches.
