It's intended for one-time use, and the material boasts a break strength of 1800 lb. The plastic double adjust buckle has a 400 lb break strength, and allows the responder to adjust the buckle to the desired length in both directions. The loop end enables the strap to be looped around the frame or handholds of the emergency transport, ensuring a unbreakable attachment.
