Collection: RF Generators

RF generators are commonly used in radiofrequency ablation, radiofrequency neurotomy, and radiofrequency thermal annuloplasty. In these procedures, RF energy is delivered through specialized electrodes or probes to target specific tissues or nerves in the body. RF generators have a range of settings and modes that allow doctors to adjust the frequency, intensity, and duration of the RF energy, depending on the specific needs of the procedure. Overall, RF generators are valuable tools that are used in many medical settings to provide effective and safe treatment options for a wide range of conditions. MFI Medical offers several options for RF Generators.

The NeuroTherm NT2000iX RF Generator is a state-of-the-art device that offers a sleek design and reliable software-driven technology. It is specifically designed for use by specialist pain physicians and provides safe and effective radiofrequency technology. The generator has several features that make it a powerful and convenient tool, including four independent lesion capabilities, wireless remote functionality, a dedicated Simplicity III single cable output, full touchscreen operation, and patient and physician record keeping options.

A first of its kind, the NeuroTherm NT1000 RF Generator offers three-lead multi-lesion capabilities. It is a lower-powered 30-watt system that comes with a large angled screen, which is not active during operation. The NT1000 can be used with one, two, or three probes, and it has several features that make it easy and safe to use. It has a hardware and software lockout feature if the voltage/current control is not initially set to zero, and it displays a warning on the screen if the stimulation control is not initially set to zero. It also has a flashing LED on the front panel that indicates when the machine is delivering stimulation pulses, and a stimulation test socket on the front of the machine to interface with the standard stimulation test kit. The NeuroTherm NT1000 has various screen displays for displaying the amplitude of each stimulation procedure, and it has three output sockets to accept a variety of probes and enable multiple probe operation. Additionally, it has a hardware lockout feature if the temperature exceeds 95 degrees C to ensure safety.

The NeuroTherm NT 1100 RF Generator has several RF procedure options, including Lesion, Pulsed, or Pulse Dose modes, and each electrode can be controlled independently to maximize safety during procedures. The Pulse Dose mode allows the same voltage to be delivered with every pulse of radiofrequency, while the Dual Electrode mode enables dual electrode capability for thermal lesion and pulsed radiofrequency modes where RF energy is communicated between the two active tips. The Multiple Electrodes mode allows for RF procedures to be performed more efficiently by treating up to three sites simultaneously in either Lesion, Pulsed, or Pulse Dose modes. The NeuroTherm NT 1100 also comes with the Simplicity III probe, which is designed with three distinct active areas, and the Diskit II, which results in a larger lesion with the annulus or a wider electric field in pulsed mode.
