The system is designed to satisfy the changing requirements of the sleep diagnostic marketplace. It incorporates the latest developments in amplifier design and signal processing to provide unprecedented performance. This compact, self-contained data acquisition system includes 32 AC channels, seven of which are active reference pairs, and eight DC channels (optional). The Easy III is intended for the acquisition of EEG, PSG, and other polygraphic channels by a physician or a trained technician under the supervision of a physician. The intended recording environment is in a hospital, clinic, physician's office, or other appropriate testing environment.

With the EMU40EX's extended-range Bluetooth wireless technology, patients can move freely about the clinical area while still being monitored. EEG data is recorded on flash memory in the wearable unit and uploaded when the patient plugs back in, guaranteeing no data is lost or compromised. The Bluetooth connection from the patient's breakout box to the EMU40EX base unit is strictly point-to-point. Data cannot be intercepted or received by any other Bluetooth-enabled device in the area.

Designed for EMU facilities, the EMU40EX can also be used for clinical EEG and some in-lab sleep studies. It offers 40 clearly marked AC channels that allow for full 10 - 20 electrode placement. In addition, oxygen saturation and pulse rate channels are available from the integrated oximeter. Plus, there are four extra DC channels available on the base unit. Lastly, a photic-stimulator interface and a patient-event-switch interface complete the EEG functionality. The EMU40EX is suitable for fixed and portable applications. It can be fixed to a wall or mounted on carts, with quick-disconnect options allowing the unit to be moved easily and safely.

Technomed Disposable Concentric EMG Needle Electrode

Specially designed to be used with Technomed’s Reusable Cables for Disposable and Reusable Concentric and Single Fiber EMG Needle Electrodes, these top-of-the-line disposable electrodes have gone through the ethylene oxide (EtO) sterilization process. The electrode and cable combination provides an optimal balance between needle sharpness and control of movement inside the muscle. The hub and cable allow for a firm grip and precision in needle positioning. The expected shelf life is 36 months.
