According to the Yuwell YT-1 Infrared Thermometer user manual (pages 4-5):

6. Product maintenance and upkeep method

How to clean sensor and probe cavity: gently wipe the inner cavity or sensor mirror with a clean soft cloth or cotton swab.
Disinfection of the product and its head: Gently wipe the surface of the product and the head used for measurement with a cotton swab dipped in a little medical alcohol (70%), it can be used until the alcohol has completely evaporated.
