The PURELL Advanced Hand Sanitizer E3 Rated Foam is effective at killing 99.99% of common disease-causing germs that are commonly found in food processing. It's certified kosher, ECOLOGO Certified to Standard Name UL 2783, and labeled with NSF International as an E3 for use in all USDA-regulated food processing departments.

Each new refill comes with a fresh dispensing valve that is SANITARY SEALED, which prevents contamination prior to use.
