Braun Introcan Safety Straight IV Catheter (200/Case) is an incredibly easy-to-use IV catheter that incorporates separate needle and catheter flashback to further increase the likelihood of successful placement every time. This top-of-the-line catheter is protected by a truly passive safety device that is activated automatically and cannot be by-passed. In fact, no extra steps are required to ensure healthcare worker and patient safety.
The needles are extremely sharp and feature an innovative Universal Bevel geometry to provide a wider choice of insertion angles which makes the catheter adaptable and venipuncture more comfortable for patients. The catheters also all have less plastic content than other safety IV catheters making them environmentally friendly.
