The B. Braun Clorotekal 1% Chloroprocaine HCI Injection, USP (#D7055 / 200 per case) is a preservative-free sterile non pyrogenic ester local anesthetic. The recommended dose is 50 mg/5 mL (10 mg/mL) intended for single-dose administration in an ampule. It is the only FDA-Approved Chloroprocaine Hydrochloride indicated for spinal anesthesia.

Note: Doses above 50 mg have not been adequately tested for efficacy and safety.
