With the start of the new year, we're excited to reveal our new logo and a redesigned online store. We've made several improvements to enhance your shopping experience and make purchasing medical products a breeze.

New Logo and New Website

A modern take on our previous logo, our new logo stays true to the MFI colors: blue and orange. We redesigned our website to be more user-friendly and easier to use.

Our catalog of 30,000 SKUs might seem overwhelming, but you’ll love shopping with our easy-to-use, smart search bar!

Our search bar is your best friend when searching for medical equipment or supplies on our site. Simply begin typing the product name, brand, or product type into the search bar, and the predictive search technology will provide suggestions for products.

More Useful Information on Product Pages

You’ll find we’ve added some extra bits of information on product pages. If you click on the terms, “Condition,” “Warranty,” or “Lead Time,” you will be prompted with information about those policies.

Submit Service Tickets Online

Do you have medical equipment that needs a repair, calibration, or service? Submit a ticket to our engineering team. They’ll take your repair or service requests and provide you with a response in a timely manner. To submit a service request, fill out the service ticket form

Online Return Request Form

Need to return an item you recently purchased? Submit a return request form to our team, and we'll respond to your request as quick as possible. To request a return, fill out the return request form.
