EMG EP Systems and Supplies
EMG EP systems are designed to measure the electrical activity of the human nervous system with or without stimuli. This makes these systems some of the most vital components for medical professionals to have on hand in any clinic or laboratory setting as they can help diagnose or detect neuromuscular abnormalities and other nervous systems disorders.
Fortunately, MFI Medical makes it easy by offering a full line of EMG EP systems from some of the most trusted names in the industry. You can also outfit your new system with the best accessories and supplies such as footswitches, headphones, electrodes, and conductive gels.

The Cadwell Sierra Wave EMG System is a state-of-the-art system, designed from the ground up to take full advantage of the Windows operating system. Ideally suited for hospitals, clinics, and mobile testing services, it features a 2 channel amplifier with EMG, NCV, F Wave, H-Reflex, RNS, Blink, Somatosensory Evoked Potentials, Autonomic Studies, and customizable Report Generation utilizing Microsoft Word. The Sierra Wave utilizes a unique StimTroller which reduces testing time by providing commonly used functions on the remote handheld stimulator.
Conductive Gels
Keep your electrodes securely in place with Weaver Ten20 Conductive Paste that features the right balance of adhesiveness and conductivity, allowing for the uninterrupted transmittance of electrical signals. It will conduct the signal that the technician is relying on for clear results.
Weaver Nuprep Skin Prep Gel effectively lowers impedance to improve your tracings. Its mild abrasive formula improves conductivity and helps achieve maximum efficiency with your equipment. Nuprep's mild abrasiveness strips away the top layer of skin and moistens the underlying skin layer. This action lowers the skin impedance with minimal skin irritation and patient discomfort. It’s ideally suited for audiology, cardiac catheter monitoring, cardiac rehabilitation monitoring, ECG telemetry, EEG exams, evoked potential procedures, Holter monitoring, sleep tests, stress tests, and more.
Not recommended for defibrillation, Parker Signacreme Electrode Cream is a highly conductive cream electrolyte for use in electromedical procedures where a cosmetic quality cream is preferred. Its cosmetic quality, pleasing to patients, and it comes conveniently packaged in a refillable see-thru dispenser with flip-top cap.
Electrodes
Ambu Neuroline Monopolar EMG Needle Electrodes feature exceedingly low penetration-resistance levels thanks to the sharp, back bevel cut tip design and are available with or without pre-attached lead wires. The needles sport smooth coating, which reduces friction when inserting and working in the target area and significantly improves patient comfort. The color coded hub allows for simple size identification which reduces risk of cross-contamination. Five different sizes are available.
Compatible with Technomed Reusable Cables for Disposable and Reusable Concentric and Single Fiber EMG Needle Electrodes, Technomed Disposable Concentric EMG Needle Electrodes have gone through the ethylene oxide (EtO) sterilization process. The Concentric Needle Electrode and cable are designed for optimal balance between needle sharpness and control of movement inside the muscle.
