Will your sonic allow the use of pure water in the tank? its required for eye instruments and some sonics have sensors that only work when there are minerals in the water.

Thank you!

MFI Medical

The Midmark QuickClean Ultrasonic Cleaner is designed to be used with cleaning solutions specifically formulated for ultrasonic cleaning. Using pure water (like distilled or deionized water) without any cleaning solution may not provide the desired cleaning performance, as the cleaning solution is designed to enhance the ultrasonic cleaning action.

That said, for sensitive instruments such as those used for eye procedures, you should consult the instrument manufacturer's guidelines for proper cleaning and sterilization procedures. They may recommend specific cleaning solutions that can be used in conjunction with ultrasonic cleaners like the Midmark QuickClean.

To determine if the Midmark QuickClean Ultrasonic Cleaner can operate with pure water, I recommend reaching out to Midmark directly for guidance on whether their product is suitable for this particular use case. They can provide more accurate information on the compatibility of their ultrasonic cleaner with pure water and any potential limitations or concerns that may arise.
