Sklar's Jarcho Tenaculum Forceps are ratcheted, finger ring forceps with inward facing single hooks used for grasping and moving tissue. The single hooks provide a deep bite on the cervical tissue that greatly eliminates the possibility of shifting. Both the shaft and the shanks of this instrument are narrow and slightly curved.
