Kimberly-Clark Wypall Wipers

Based on the available specifications, the Kimberly-Clark Professional Wypall Wipers are generally non-sterile.

These wipers are designed primarily for industrial cleaning, shop use, and general professional tasks, not specialized medical applications requiring sterile supplies.

Yes, many of the high-performance WYPALL variants, particularly those in the X-series (such as X60 and X80), are engineered using Hydroknit Technology.

Hydroknit is a specialized construction designed for industrial and commercial environments, offering superior strength and absorbency.

Key advantages of using Hydroknit wipers include:

• Exceptional Durability: The material maintains strength even when wet, allowing the wipers to withstand rigorous cleaning tasks without tearing.
• High Absorbency: Highly effective for quickly soaking up liquids, grease, and spills.
• Extended Use Options: Robust variants, such as the WYPALL X80 cloth, are strong enough for extended use and can be utilized in rugged applications.

Yes, the Kimberly-Clark Professional WYPALL Wipers are available in multiple dispensing formats designed for efficiency and streamlined workflow management across various professional and industrial settings.Key configurations include:* Pop-Up Boxes and Quarter Fold: Ideal for workstations, these formats allow for controlled, single-sheet dispensing. This helps minimize waste and ensures quick, immediate access.* Jumbo Rolls: These bulk rolls (e.g., up to 1100 wipers/rl) are perfect for heavy-duty, high-volume industrial tasks where continuous cleaning and large quantities are necessary.* Standard Rolls and Bulk Packs: Offering flexible storage and handling, these options cater to large-scale supply needs and various general-purpose applications.

Yes, the Kimberly-Clark WYPALL Wipers are available in an extensive range of sizes and configurations to accommodate diverse professional and industrial cleaning tasks. This flexibility ensures efficiency for any application.

Size Range

Sheet dimensions vary significantly, allowing you to choose the ideal product for the job:

• Small to Standard Sheets: Dimensions start around 9.1” x 16.8”.
• Large Towels: Specialized options are available in large sizes, up to 19½” x 42” (often referred to as Bath Size) for maximum coverage.

Dispensing Formats

Beyond size, these wipers are offered in multiple convenient formats:

• Quarter-fold (¼ fold) packs
• Pop-Up Dispenser Boxes
• Jumbo Rolls (ideal for high-volume, heavy-duty industrial use)
• Standard continuous rolls

Packaging quantities also vary widely, ranging from low counts (e.g., 26/pk) to bulk rolls containing up to 1100 wipers.

The Kimberly-Clark WYPALL Wipers are available in several colors, which vary depending on the specific product configuration and its intended use, often helping users quickly differentiate between types.

The colors listed across different product variants include:

• White: Commonly used for general-purpose wipers and standard applications.
• Blue: Often featured on specialized or higher-performance options, such as certain Hydroknit (X-series) wipers.
• Tan: Available for specific economic or general-purpose cloth variants (typically L-series).
• Green: Used for highly specialized products, such as the Waterless Cleaning Wipes.

Yes, Kimberly-Clark Professional WYPALL Wipers are designed for professional and industrial applications and are offered in a wide range of bulk and high-capacity dispensing formats. This variety helps minimize the frequency of replacements and optimizes workflow in high-volume settings.

Common dispensing and capacity options include:

• Jumbo Rolls: These bulk formats offer maximum sheet counts (e.g., up to 1100 wipers/roll) and are suitable for heavy-duty industrial use.
• Pop-Up Boxes: Provide quick, portable dispensing of folded sheets, making them ideal for individual workstations and detail work.
• Quarter-Fold and Bulk Packs: Wipers packaged in large stacks or packs, supplied in substantial quantities to ensure necessary inventory for large-scale tasks.
• Smaller Rolls: Convenient, roll-style packaging designed for constrained spaces.

The durability and potential for reuse vary significantly based on the specific WYPALL series and the material used, allowing you to match the wiper to your task.

• High Durability & Reusability (X-Series): The premium X-Series, engineered with Hydroknit material, delivers superior strength and absorbency. Certain heavy-duty formats, such as the WYPALL X80 Extended Use Cloths, are specifically designed to be highly durable and suitable for extended use or reuse in demanding cleanup jobs.
• General Purpose & Economy (L-Series): The economical L-Series (e.g., L30, L40) often uses DRC (Durable, Absorbent Cloth) material. These wipers are cost-effective, absorbent, and designed for light-to-general wiping needs, and are typically intended for disposal after a single use.

The Kimberly-Clark Professional WYPALL product line utilizes specialized material technologies to optimize strength, durability, and absorbency for different industrial needs. The two primary materials are:

• Hydroknit Technology: This advanced material is the foundation of the high-performance WYPALL X-Series (including X60, X70, and X80). Hydroknit is specifically engineered for exceptional wet strength and durability, allowing these wipers to mimic cloth-like performance. They are ideal for heavy-duty tasks and extended use.
• DRC (Double Recreped): Featured primarily in the economical WYPALL L-Series (such as L30 and L40), DRC construction provides an excellent balance of high absorbency and necessary material strength. It serves as a reliable, cost-effective solution for general-purpose cleaning and maintenance tasks.

Yes, many configurations of the Kimberly-Clark Professional WYPALL Wipers are sourced from the US.

While the Country of Origin is primarily US, please note that this can vary depending on the specific variant or configuration you select.

All wipers are supplied in Factory New condition and are engineered for professional industrial applications, utilizing materials like durable Hydroknit (X-series) and DRC (L-series) for maximum absorbency and performance.

The material engineered for heavy-duty tasks and superior durability is the proprietary Hydroknit technology. This material is designed for high strength and exceptional absorbency, making it ideal for the most demanding industrial and commercial environments.

Key differences between the main materials:

• Hydroknit (X-Series): Used in the high-performance lines (like X60, X70, and X80), these wipers offer durability often allowing for reuse, perfect for scrubbing tough grease or oil.
• DRC (Durable, Absorbent Cloth): Found in the economical L-Series (L30, L40), this material is highly absorbent but better suited for general, lighter-duty cleaning and maintenance tasks where disposability is key.
