Description

The DMS Head Guard Head Immobilizer is designed to fit most spine boards and includes head and chin straps for stabilizing the head and neck. The blocks are adjustable to accommodate various positions, and are equipped with large ear holes for hearing. It's easy to attach to boards via the included hook-and-loop strapping. The Head Guard components are dipped in vinyl to make it easy to clean and resilient to cosmetic damage.
