Not designed for High Frequency EMS

Either I received a MFR Defect out of box, or this unit does not have the capabilities to run at frequencies over 100 with channels in the 45+ range. A brand new set of batteries will drain in 2, 20 minute sessions. Batteries are hot to touch once the unit powers itself off due to rapid battery drain.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review for the Chattanooga Continuum Neuromuscular Electrical Stimulator. We are sorry to hear that you have had some issues with the device. We would recommend that you either contact the manufacturer for a warranty replacement or return the device for a full refund. We hope that you have found the device to be helpful in your treatment.

Great work out/therapy for progressive MS

My PT recommended this and it has been essential for my regimen. I wish I could adjust the "shock' duration or frequency.. This is my only complaint really.

Very helpful with my son with Cerebral Palsy

Recommend by my son OT and PT for building range of motion and helping gain control of learning to move his arms more. He has more movement with the first for weeks of using it a few times a week. Also use it for muscle strength building in his back for helping prevent scoliosis of the spine.

The second one I buy here,
The first device fell and the screen broke a month after it was bought,
without the possibility of repairing or replacing the screen,
I think it is a necessary thing to have a warranty and spare parts for such a device

Thank you for your review. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the screen breaking on your first device. Our team is always looking for ways to improve our products and we appreciate your feedback. We would recommend contacting the manufacturer to see if they are able to asisst with repairing the device, Phone: (800) 494-3395. Thank you for choosing the Chattanooga Continuum from MFI Medical.
