Description

The TIDI Posey Twice-As-Tough Locking Cuffs (1 Pair) are specifically designed to restrict wrist and ankle movements in patients who might interfere with crucial treatments, dislodge tubes/lines, worsen skin conditions, damage wound sites, or inflict self-harm. Classified as Hard Restraints, they are mainly utilized in behavioral health (VSD) treatments. Crafted with heavy-duty materials, these cuffs are kind to the skin, and their combination of neoprene fabric, nylon straps, and enhanced stitching ensures superior strength and longevity.

These cuffs are available with a key lock closure, quick-release buckle, D-ring, or a hook and loop connected cuff. The initial key lock on the strap anchors the whole restraint to the bed or stretcher, with these additional options to secure the cuff to the patient. The key lock option is doubly secure and can only be opened by key. The quick-release buckle is a plastic, two-point press mechanism, while the D-ring is comprised of two metal rings with which to thread the strap through. The hook-and-loop closure is an adjustable, easy to press and peel together to quickly form to the patient's wrist or ankle circumference.
