Description

Sklar's Yankauer Pediatric Suction Tube is used during procedures on pediatric patients to clean away excess fluids, smoke, or debris from the surgical site. Both the tip size and overall length of the pediatric tube is smaller than the standard size Yankauer tube. This removable tip is 8mm in diameter and 8-1/2 inches long overall. The tube is long and has two slight angles for ease of accessing the surgical site without obstructing the surgeons view. The Yankauer pediatric suction tube is sometimes referred to as the Andrews-Pynchon suction tube.
