Sklar's spongiosa gouge is used in conjunction with a maller, for orthopaedic grafting procedures to score, cut, scrape and sculpt bone - particularly the cancellous (spongy) soft type. Like a version of the Lexer, this product has an autoclavable plastic handle. This product is available curved or straight, and three different blade widths.
