Sklar's Hohmann elevator (also called a retractor) moves tissue aside to allow for greater access to the surgical field. The Hohmann has a slim flat handle and flares into a leaf shaped tip, for ease of incision and contour. The Hohmann is available in several different lengths and tip widths. Some have a finger ring handle for ease of use.
