Sklar's Kirschner Bow is an instrument used to insert wire to stabilize and approsimate fractures after surgical procedures. Though easy to insert, wires need to be manipulated with longitudinal force of the bow to prevent rotation of the wire. The bow is available in three sizes, medium, large, and extra large.
