Is this instrument constructed from high-quality stainless steel?

Yes, this instrument is manufactured from durable, high-quality stainless steel to ensure it maintains its integrity and sharpness through repeated surgical use.

Does the handle design provide good ergonomic control?

It is designed with pliers-style handles that feature tension springs. This configuration offers surgeons improved mechanical advantage and controlled operation during bone removal tasks.

Is this tool free from natural rubber latex?

Yes, this product is confirmed to be not made with natural rubber latex, ensuring it is safe for use with patients who have latex sensitivities.

Is the 40-degree upward cutting bite beneficial for spinal decompression?

Yes, the 40-degree upward angled tip provides the necessary clearance and precise geometry required to access and operate on the vertebral arch effectively.

Is this instrument compliant with TAA regulations?

Yes, this Sklar Kerrison Rongeur is fully TAA compliant, meeting the necessary standards for professional surgical equipment procurement.

Can this be used for professional orthopedic and neurosurgical environments?

Certainly. This instrument is specifically designed for precision orthopedic and neurosurgical environments where bone removal during vertebral arch decompression is required.

Is this a reusable surgical instrument?

Yes, this is classified as a reusable surgical instrument. It is constructed to withstand the rigors of repeated sterilization and surgical use, provided proper care and maintenance protocols are followed.

Are the dimensions and tip size specialized for precision work?

The instrument features a 10-inch length and a 2mm tip. These specific measurements are optimized for high-precision manipulation, allowing surgeons to operate in narrow anatomical spaces with accuracy.
