The blades with right curvature are used for making incisions inferiorly, whereas the blades with the left curvature are used for making incisions superiorly. The double spring handle is fenestrated with three holes to make the instrument lighter overall and cause less fatigue for the user. This product has small blades, strongly curved to the left.
