Sklar's Farrior ear speculum set is a cone shaped attachment for an otoscope that allows examination of the ear canal and eardrum. The speculum is inserted into the ear canal and the otoscope handle provides a light source and low-power magnification so the practitioner can view the eardrum. Disease and infections of the middle or inner ear can largely be detected by this examination. The Farrior is available in several tip diameters, round or oval, regular or oblique end.
