Sklar Bruns TC Plaster Shears are non-ratcheted finger ring specialty scissors designed for use with plaster and fiberglass casting. These scissors should never be used on tissue. They are heavy shears with one larger ring for the thumb. The lower blade has a blunted probe end so as not to cause injury to the patient while removing casting materials. It is also slightly longer than the standard blade. TC instruments are identified by gold handles. This product has slightly curved, smooth blades, blunt tips, and a 10cm stop peg in between the finger rings. It has overall length of 9-1/2 inches.
