Sklar's Balfour Abdominal Retractor is a self-retaining retractor used in laparotomy procedures. It may also be used for specific abdominal procedures where the abdomen needs to be held open for examination or evaluation, such as cesarean sections and bowel resection. There are many optional and interchangeable components for this retractor. This product is for the ratchet bar, one set of fenestrated side blades measuring 2-1/4" x 3 1/2" and 2 solid, center blades, measuring 2-5/8" x 1-3/4" and 3-1/4" x 2-3/4". The spread between the side blades is 10 inches.
