The PURELL Hand Sanitizing Wipes Refill can be easily loaded into the dispenser. Simply, remove the perforated top, place into the dispenser, and thread the first towel through the dispenser outlet. These wipes are ideal for high-traffic areas where frequent hand sanitation is needed on-the-go, but soap and water aren't available. The sanitizer is capable of killing 99.99% of germs and removing soils and dirt. This alcohol-free formulation has been dermatologist-tested to be gentle on hands.
