It's ADA compliant with one-handed operation, and has a "LOCK OR NOT" feature that transforms the dispenser into a locking system. It's easy to mount, either through the sticky backing that's included or with screws (not included). The large window on the front allows for easy monitoring of the refill levels, and to change refills as needed.
