My original batteries in my Joerns Journey we failing. Looking at various sites all show the same battery but model numbers varied, non matching the Joern numbers. The MFI Medical site was the best presentation of this product, so I ordered a pair hoping it would work with my Journey. I received the order in a reasonable time and found that it was the same product as the original batteries. They charged and worked well. I had a question regarding the charging cycle and a phone call to MFI solved my questions.Very pleased with the service and product.
