Inogen Rove 6 backpack

When this backpack arrived it was thoroughly inspected for rips and tears and found none. In fact this pack is made to make carrying the Rove 6 much easier. It is very durable and yet solid and strong. I reccomend this backpack to any Inogen customer that has the Rove 6

Missing access opening for charging cords

Everything about this back pack for the Inogen G5 is top notch, EXCEPT that there is no access through the backpack to the charging port on the G5. The port is on the back of the G5 oxygen concentrator and there is not any access hole/port in the backpack. One must remove the concentrator unit from the backpack when ever you wish to charge it. That will be inconvenient when in a building, but do-able. But if on a long car journey, one is not able to access the port for the DC charging cord.
And, the customer service rep hung up on me, I think because I was expressing my incredulity that they manufacture a portable unit, they provide AC and DC charging cords, but there is no access in the Inogen manufactured back pack for those cords. BUT, they have a backpack for the G4 concentrator that has the access opening for the charging cords. Why for one type of unit and not for all of their units.

I'm sorry to hear that there is no access to the charging port on the Inogen G5 oxygen concentrator unit in the Inogen One G5 carry backpack. This is an unfortunate omission and could be a hindrance if travelling or using the backpack in a public setting. I'm glad to hear that the Inogen One G4 backpack has a port for charging cords, as this would be more convenient for users.
