Terrible product

This product stinks badly like rubber and chemicals. It’s also very difficult to open with its large wide cap. Mine got stuck and it took forever to open with my small hands. So I was careful not to put the cap on too tight the next time and then it leaked and dripped on the floor while wearing it, making the floor slippery - not good or safe. It’s made of such thick material that you can barely feel the cold so it’s pretty useless. I wish I could return it because it is the most expensive ice pack I own and also the worst one. For $73 I was expecting it to be great! A complete waste of money. Only used it twice and now my $73 is sitting in its box.
