Great Service

The scale is perfectly fine. What impressed me, though, was that the first scale came very quickly, but the glass/plastic dial cover had got broken in transit. I was able to speak to someone on the phone very quickly and there was very little turnaround time before a replacement set of scales arrived, undamaged. The person I spoke to was polite, sympathetic, and professional. And as I say, the scales are just fine.
