The Ferno SAERBag III (#0374918) is designed for rescue operations in challenging environments. The material is resistant to tears, fluids, stains, or mold, and includes two anti-rotation sails, patient cover, storage bag, and transport bag.

The outer bag has enough space for patients who are placed on a scoop, backboard, or vacuum mattress. It can fully encapsulate the patient for protection and safety, and includes an integrated 10-arm bridle system for horizontal lifting via ropes or winches. When lifting, it's assisted by two anti-rotation sails and six tag line links, as well as six inner straps for securing the scoop or backboard. Responders can also monitor the patient's condition through the three clear windows on the bag, as well as feed monitoring cables through a convenient access point.
