The Dynarex DynaRest Airfloat 300 Air Mattress with Pump (#10442) is a medical-grade mattress that supports up to 350 lb.

The Dynarex DynaRest Airfloat 300 Air Mattress with Pump has 20 individual 8" air cells that can be adjusted with air flow dial. The weight indicator on the dial assists the provider in customizing comfort levels for the patient. There are two pre-programmed modes included: alternating cycle and static mode. The alternating cycle allows for customized comfortability, while the static mode is ideal for repositioning and transferring the patient. There's also a pillow function for the head section.

The mattress includes the following safety features: audible alarm to alert caregivers, CPR valve for emergency deflation, and a low pressure indicator light.
