The Dynarex Baby Wipes feature a combination of two natural skin conditioners, lanolin and aloe vera, which work together to create an effective, soothing wipe. Lanolin is a natural emollient that helps to soothe dehydrated skin. It is hydrating and can both soften skin and improve the appearance and feel of dry, rough, or flaky areas. Aloe Vera has been shown to be effective in the treatment of skin conditions such as psoriasis, minor burns, and skin abrasions.
