The Detecto 448 Physician Scale is the only one of the Detecto Eye-Level Weigh Beam Scales series with a mechanical height rod, hand post, and bottom wheels for transport.

This scale is perfect for weighing and taking height measurement of any patient, especially the elderly and weaker patients that require the support of a hand post while being weighed and need to have height measurements taken. The wheels on the bottom of this scale make it easy to tilt and transport to any location in the office.

A Conversion Weight (#CW-9) may be used with this scale to increase its weighing capacity from 400 to 500 lb.
