The Chattanooga Sully AC with Pad includes one support vest, adhesive back hook material, pad included and also sold separately. Buyer has the choice of size and the option to order an additional pad.

The Chattanooga Sully AC with Pad is integral in protecting the AC joint from further injury. The item has a universal design and can be used on either the right or left shoulder. An additional pad can be purchased separately and can also be used with the Sully Shoulder Stabilizer. The hard-shelled foam pad directly protects the AC joint. No restrictive or uncomfortable straps necessary. This item is most often used in rehabilitation, chiropractic, athletic and physical therapies.
