The Bovie Smoke Evacuation Pencil Adapter and Tubing (#SEPAT / 10 per Case) features a 3/8" x 4' hose with 7/8" to 6' tube. It is designed for use with the Smoke Shark II Smoke Evacuator. It can be used alongside the ESP1, ESP6, and ESP7 disposable electrosurgical pencil series.

The SEPAT is an aspiration sheath that fits over an electrosurgical pencil body and leaves the tip or blade exposed. It removes surgical smoke during surgical procedures that use an electrosurgical unit for cutting and cauterizing. It is used in conjunction with a suction (vacuum) source.
