The ADC Pro's Combo II 768-641 Pocket Aneroid/Sprague Scope Kit includes an ADC Prosphyg 768 Pocket Aneroid Sphygmomanometer and a color matched ADC Adscope 641 Sprague Stethoscope in an extra-large, color-matched, dual pocket carry case. The ADC Prosphyg 768 Pocket Aneroid Sphygmomanometer includes a black enamel 300 mm Hg manometer, and an Adcuff Nylon Cuff that's available in three different sizes. The ADC Adscope 641 Sprague Stethoscope comes complete with an accessory pouch containing the bell chestpieces, a chestpiece key, two spare diaphragms, one pair of hard eartips, and one pair of soft clear eartips.
